I like The Band Perry. It's little-known band-maybe indie rock?-that its kinda sorta cool. The band is like Joan Jett and the Blackhearts but the only diff is that the lead singer is blonde and she doesn't sing punk rock. She sings more mellow music of love and such. I like 'em. They are cool, singing original songs-a coupla of 'em are hits though I, for one, have never heard of any of 'em.
Maybe I'll buy more indie music in the new year? Get this, I brought the CD of The Band Perry at Rasputin. I heard they sell music-I've no idea they sell new music as well as old music. I thought they only sold old music. They also sell DVD of new and old movies. You have just found yourself a new customer, Raspustin!
The Band Perry, formed by siblings, is a great country, not indie rock, band. I saw their videos, If I Die Young (hope that never happens!) and Hip To My Heart are two of their best song (that have videos).
Sorry, Taylor Swift, the Band Perry are way better than you. The Band Perry's music is so completely contagious-you just wanna dance to it! (Hip To My Heart) although If I Die is kinda of melancholy but the video/song is kinda fly. On the other hand, Taylor Swift's videos are hella depressing you wanna cry watching it, though there are few clichéy romance love stories. I'm so over Taylor Swift.

That's a country band, and country music is one of my favorite genres! My favorite song of theres is "If I Die Young." Well, that's the only one I know, but I like it a lot!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know it is a country band! Even though I denied it and denied it, I loved-just love country music (Taylor Swift, anyone?) Sorry, I thought it was an indie band 'cuz I never heard of it before I guess it doesn't mean it's a indie band, huh?
