Sweet Valley Confidential

SPOILERS ALERT!!!

Caveat: this is a sort of review

There were lots of flashbacks points of views, y' know how everybody sees everything from their perspective. and misrepresentations of characters, that is the characters were all mixed up. For example, Bruce Patman and the twins were not in the same class and Amy Sutton, who was MIA in Sweet Valley Confidential, was Elizabeth's one of Elizabeth best friends in elementary school-her other best friend was Julie Porter (besides Jessica, her younger twin sister by 4 minutes, not Enid Rollins; Enid was Elizabeth's best friend in high school.  Although Winston wasn't a complete ladies' man during his school days, he was an all-around nice guy. What happened to him? Did all that money really went to his head? Did having all that money turned him into a total douchebag? As Sweet Valley Confidential didn't covered, he did have his share of GFs during his school days: remember Maria Santelli in Sweet Valley High and Denise Waters in Sweet Valley University. Even though it's fiction, some of the stuff that happened in Sweet Valley  Confidential is unbelievable. How come it takes when you're almost 30 to find out if you're gay (in Steven Wakefield's case)? People mostly find out if they're gay when they're in their teens. Jessica stealing another girl's guy I can believe, especially Todd cos she had her eye on him since the 1st book of the Sweet Valley High series. One person who's MIA is Amy Sutton, Elizabeth's best friend in elementary school and one of Jessica's best friend along with Lila Fowler in high school. Jocks exceed my expectations since I didn't know that Todd can write; he's more the action type than the word type, meaning he uses actions to express himself rather than use words. Typical jock. But a writer? No way. Maybe I'm just stereotyping. I might've think that Elizabeth got Todd that job at the newspaper office covering sports.
